KORDON İMALATI
- İstanbul Yenibosna’ da faaliyetini sürdürmekte olan firmamızda, son sistem makinelerimizle yassı pamuk veya polyester kordonlar, yuvarlak pamuk veya polyester, dolgulu veya dolgusuz kordonların imalatını yapmaktayız.
- Kordon imalatında kullandığımız tüm ipliklerimizi OEKO-TEX belgesine sahip üreticilerden tedarik etmekteyiz.
Polyester kordon kullanımında dikkat edilmesi gerek bir husus vardır
- Polyester ipliğin imalatında elektriklenmenin önüne geçmek adına iplik üreticileri bir yağ türevi madde kullanırlar. Bu sebeple nadiren de olsa polyester kordonların birlikte kullanılacağı ürün üzerine yağ vermesi ihtimali vardır. Bundan dolayı polyester ipliklerden üretilen kordonların kullanılmadan önce mutlaka test edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bizim ÖRSAR Kordon olarak önerimiz bu malzemeden üretilmiş kordonların yıkama işlemine tabi tutmanız yönündedir.
Kordon alırken nelere dikkat etmeli
Örgü sıklığı ve düzgünlüğüne, varsa dolgusunun standartlarına, Uçlama ve kullanılan malzemenin ilgili standartlara uygunluğuna bakınız.
- Kordon fiyatları ham madde, günlük değişen döviz kurlarının ipliğe yansıması ve buna benzer etkenlerin değişkenliğiyle fiyatlar sürekli değişkenlik göstermektedir. Güncel fiyatlarımız için bizimle irtibata geçiniz.

- Standart renklerin sürekli üretimin yapılması yanında özel renklerde sipariş miktarına göre istenilen renklerde kordon imalatına mümkündür.)
